Getting Down to Business

1. What is your job profile?

HR Factory Assistant.

2. What’s your go-to productivity trick?

My trick is to go early to work, to be alone, and do things without being interrupted.

3. What was your first job?

My first job was I call center as csr, because I had to pay  for my studies.

4. Do you feel like you have made mistakes in your career? Did you learn a valuable lesson from those mistakes?

Of course. So, you must be quick in the resolution. Payroll errors are the ones that affect me the most. In HR everything you do impacts someone and you always bare that weight with you.

5. If you could add one thing to your company office, what would it be?

My dolls! My personal things! I cannot have them because of the clean desk police. I would also add a white board.

6. If you opened a business, what kind of business would it be?

Self-service laundries or a restaurant..

7. Would you rather have a horrible job, but be able to retire comfortably in 10 years or have your dream job, but must work until the day you die?

A dream work. I couldn't stay ten years in a horrible job  and wait for my retirement.

8. What drains you at work?

When I don't understand things and where I am needed. Now I am going through a new experience, so I am not yet autonomous. I am still trying to get familiar with the company dynamic.

9. What characteristic or behavior do you most attribute your success to, and why?

Solution orientated. I'm more focused on the solution than I am in the problem.

10. What did you study?

Public Administration and I am now doing a  post graduation in HRM.

11. What have you learnt from your worst job experience?

I have never allowed any job experience to get to that level, I would quit before that. But I would also say that I learned how to manage conflict by facing situations with people with a difficult character.

12. What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

That I am sensitive.

13. If you could trade places with anyone for a day, who would you choose?

Kate Middleton.

14. What three words would your friends use to describe you?

Inconvenient, annoying and crazy.

15. What quote or saying do people spout but is complete BS?

“We will lower your taxes” – by all politicians.

16. What is something you are obsessed with?

Books.

17. What is a controversial opinion you have?

I have a fascination over Hitler. Usually, people don't get me when I say this, but it is mostly because what he has done still puzzles me… How was it possible?

18. What smell brings back great memories?

Coffee and milk (and I don’t like the taste).

19. What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?

That I am super quick. Expedite.

20. What’s one thing you’re currently trying to make a habit?

Go to bed early.

21. What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?

When I got into college again to do my post grad.

22. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?

Utopia.

23. What’s one hobby you’d love to get into?

Reiki.

24. Would you rather live under a sky with no stars at night or live under a sky with no clouds during the day?

Under a Sky without clouds.

25. Would you rather know how above or below average you are at everything or know how above or below average people are at one skill/talent just by looking at them?

How above or below I am at everything.

26. Would you rather find your true love or a suitcase with five million dollars inside?

5 million dollars.

27. What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?

Cuba.

28. Would you rather never be able to use a touchscreen or never be able to use a keyboard and mouse?

Keyboard and a mouse.

29. Would you rather be a famous director or a famous actor?

A famous director.

30. What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read or seen this week?

That Jennifer Lopez has 50 years old (OMG).

31. What’s one item you want to own that you don’t?

A new car.

32. What’s one totally irrational fear that you have?

The fear of dying. Sometimes it pops up in my head, out of the blue.

33. Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?

Writing.

34. Do you think it is important for companies to get to know people beyond their job profile?

Of course, we are not machines. If people are seen beyond their job profile, people will perform better.
