Getting Down to Business
1. What is your job profile?
FUEL program manager - this program is for emerging talent where the goal is to build leadership skills and to have a talent pool that is globally mobile.
2. What’s your go-to productivity trick?
Planning and scheduling. But I am still flexible and I like to deal with ad hoc things. I would say that my productivity trick should be called “flex-planning”.
3. What was your first job?
Visual Merchandiser at Stradivarius.
4. What energizes you at work?
Appreciation and constructive feedback.
5. Who had the biggest impact on the person you have become?
I would say me, even if it sounds selfish.
6. If you opened a business, what kind of business would it be?
An events company.
7. Would you rather have a horrible job, but be able to retire comfortably in 10 years or have your dream job, but have to work until the day you die?
The second because if something is really horrible I doubt that I would be able to continue to do it for 10 years.
8. How should success be measured? And by that measurement, who is the most successful person you know?
Personality should be a component that should be taken into account in the evaluation. The role you play in a team and its derived contribution, beyond your technical skills, should be valued. I would day that the most successful person I know is my previous manager.
9. Talk to us about something unexpected you have encountered in your company?
Barely no social events. I was expecting more events, more playful things
10. What’s your biggest work pet peeve?
When people don't read e-mails and ask a question that has the answer on the e-mail they didn't read.
11. What led you to this career?
I am passionate about talent and talent care. To give the opportunity to create a fair treatment and with that develop talent.

12. If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?
Speaking multiple languages. All languages in the world.
13. If you could write a book about your life, what would the title be and why?
Lotus.
Lotuses come from dark and muddy and have no roots but they open up to the sun.
14. What energizes you outside of work?
Giving. To animals, to kids, to charities to environmental organizations. I am a big time giver.
15. What’s one of your favorite memories from the past year?
When I got engaged.
16. What’s something you saw recently that made you smile?
I smile anytime I see a dog.
17. What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?
That I have such a good heart.
18. What is a controversial opinion you have?
I think about gender - I'm a bit of an old school thinker when it comes to certain aspects and I do not totally buy what is trending.
19. Would you rather be in jail for a year or lose a year off your life?
It depends where the jail is. If the prison is the Netherlands I think I wouldn’t mind spending 1 year in jail.
20. What’s one totally irrational fear that you have?
I am scared of robots.
21. What’s something you’re good at?
I can still swim even if I am pushed into deep waters.
22. What advice would you give to your teenage self?
I wouldn’t exactly give her and advice but I would remind my teenage self that she is stronger than she think.

23. What are some things you want to accomplish before you die?
I want children.
24. Would you rather go back to age 5 with everything you know now or know now everything your future self will learn?
Know now what my future self will learn.
25. Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?
Yes. I am an official masseuse.
26. If you could choose a name for yourself, what would it be?
I like Renata I think it suits me because of the meaning: reborn.
27. Would you rather live without the internet or live without AC and heating?
I could not sacrifice the heating. I don’t care about internet
28. Would you rather live the next 10 years of your life in China or Russia?
Russia because the culture is closer to mine.t
29. If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?
Change people's mindset about arming animals, arming children, and arming our planet.
30. Would you rather have unlimited international first-class tickets or never have to pay for food at restaurants?
Unlimited tickets!
31. What’s the top destination on your must- visit list?
Mexico
32. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick?
Messenger to be in touch with my friends in Hungary, WhatsApp to be in touch with my friends in the Netherlands and Instagram.
33. Would you rather be able to see 10 minutes into your own future or 10 minutes into the future of anyone but yourself?
10 minutes into my own future.
34. Do you think it is important for companies to get to know people beyond their job profile?
