Thank you for shopping with Legendary Ordinary People - LOP! We want you to be completely satisfied with your art print purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns and Exchanges:

1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the art print must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

2.1 Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at hello@legendaryordinarypeople.com to initiate the return/exchange process. Provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the return is due to damage or defects.

2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

3. Shipping Your Return:

3.1 Packaging: Please securely pack the art print in its original packaging, including any accessories.

3.2 Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds and Processing:

4.1 Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

5.1 Report Damage: If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please report it to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the damage or defect.

5.2 Replacement: We will replace damaged or defective items at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
